How do I place a catering order?

Do you have vegetarian and gluten-free options?
Thai food is a great option for diners with dietary preferences or restrictions. Most of our food may be made gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, or dairy-free. Please inform us when placing your order if you would like to modify your dishes to accommodate these needs.
Do you deliver catering orders?
Amazing Thailand delivers catering orders upon request within most of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Delivery fees start at $25, though deliveries may incur an increased fee for large orders or long travel times. Delivery orders will be scheduled in half-hour windows.
If set-up is required it will generally take between 15-20 minutes, so we encourage scheduling according to your guests’ arrival time and when you would like your meal ready to eat.

How many guests does each order serve?
1 small order serves 7-8 guests
1 large order serves 14-16 guests
Do you provide chafing dishes for the food?
We can provide chafing dishes for $15 each, which include one disposable chafer, two sterno burners and one full-size aluminum pan.
Are there any other fees or charges?
Sales tax will be added to your order total; if delivery is required, the applicable fee will be added based on miles at $7 per Mile. Gratuity is included at 20%. Additional Gratuity can be added at the discretion of the customer and is always appreciated.
How far in advance should I place my catering order?
Typically we ask for at least 24 hours advance notice but will try to accommodate all requests if possible. If you are able to plan ahead for your event, we suggest placing your order as soon as possible to ensure a timely and accurate order.
How far in advance do I need to pay for my catering order?
We require a credit card one week in advance to guarantee your order. On the day of your order, we will process payment using the card on file. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and cash; personal checks are not accepted. Payment for orders made less than one week before the event can be processed at the time an order is placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders may be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before your confirmed order date.
